Hey! Here’s an idea. Why not come back in session and pass a law stating every adult in the state, regardless of citizenship or visa status, is eligible to vote for all state, county, and municipal offices in California. And part of that law will be to issue voter ID cards. Then tell Felon47, “Hey, we not only now have a voter ID law, but every voter in the state has a voter ID.
