I don’t know what thread this belongs in… I just saw an email from the county I’ve worked for for 33 years. The Board of Commisioners unanimously approved a resolution of $200,000 for temporary food assistance for people on SNAP. We are a small county, so this will help. A direct quote from a Commissioner - **“When there’s chaos and cruelty at the federal level, local government steps up to help it’s people”.** I’m proud of Summit County Colorado. ---
