Isn’t “three trillion dollars” the total expected revenues from the tariffs over the next decade? So it’s not as if he’s got to come up with that much now, to return to those who have already paid tariffs. ---

It’s increasingly clear that Demento Don has little input or knowledge of who or how many he is pardoning; autopen in motion. He might have a vague notion of “supprts me or paid me” in some higher profile cases. But others are jusy churning them out for their own grift.
