I think I’m sticking with Felon47. It trips off the tongue, it’s _short_ to type, and while fully insulting it’s not too crass to use in mixed company. And it’s factually correct! ---

I used to have a shortcut that let me type “Individual-ONE” with a keystroke (the “ONE” stands for Our National Embarrassment). Recently, I changed that to “Felon-ONE”, and he will _always_ be a felon, so no one can accuse me of slander. ---
