I once lost 115 pounds in 7 months through diet and exercise. Rather than being unhealthy, it was very good for me. Granted, I was in my early 30s, I wasn’t 80 years old, but still it’s not always a sign of illness, and can be the opposite. I don’t see any information about how rapid the weight loss was. If that 30 pounds was over the course of a number of months, it was probably good for him. And yeah, Trump being healthy isn’t something I like to hear. ---
