So, classic protection racket. Got it. And with, even if anybody was stupid enough to comply, little (or let’s be real, no) thought for how to set up the logistics or regulatory framework necessary to figure out how much 20% would be of any given cargo or what happens if that protection breaks down and the cargo is damaged anyway. ---
