Except Nemo [said elsewhere](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/what-will-happen-if-gop-steals-the-2026-election-what-should-happen/1032891/27) that the Republicans fixed the vote in 2024, or at least that it was plausible, so I believe he did **mean** success. ---

Then again, if _he himself_ is supposed to be giving the ~~Insider Trading~~ National Security briefing, I’d worry what it would be worth. I mean HIS briefing is allegedly a one-pager comic. ---

I think that all that matters, is that he is trying to do it. It is reasonable to assume that he is privy to such info. Just like it’s reasonable to assume that he is showing, selling, classified documents. Trump does not have to understand it, if someone says “That sounds interesting. How much?” ---
