But, he gathered his sycophantic chorus of supporters while being exactly who he is the whole time. It’s as if a bull was running amok in a china shop, and a sizable percentage of the customers and store employees said “I’m so grateful he revealed how fragile the china is! Plus, there’s a lot more room to move around! Sure, there are dangerously sharp shards of china flying around everywhere causing multiple cuts and lacerations, but hey, ya make an omelette, gotta break a few eggs, right?” ---

You forgot the part about starting with a rich daddy who exacerbates your sociopathy with an unresolved inferiority complex. You don’t have to climb so high up the ladder or behave like anything resembling a sane human being if you start 2 or 3 rungs from the top rather than from the bottom. It’s been said about him before and apparently bears reminding: he’s somebody who was born on third base acting like he hit a triple ---

Turns out the grant situation is actually worse than losing federal funding. The One Big Beautiful Bill will likely cause a reduction in billions of dollars in corporate and foundation philanthropic giving. So we have nothing to fall back on.
