Except Nemo [said elsewhere](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/what-will-happen-if-gop-steals-the-2026-election-what-should-happen/1032891/27) that the Republicans fixed the vote in 2024, or at least that it was plausible, so I believe he did **mean** success.
