Not to infringe upon the seriousness of some of the other threads here, but this is perhaps one of the saddest (and strangest) things I’ve read today:

[Girl dies after swallowing butterfly](http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?click_id=13&art_id=qw1039348621111B213&set_id=1)

From the article:

> [@](#):

> A nine-year-old girl has died in Uitenhage in the Eastern Cape after accidentally swallowing a butterfly, SABC radio news reported on Sunday.

Wow what a freak death.

I never did trust butterflies… with their beady little eyes.

OH that is sad, but I still cannot help wondering whether she then “swallowed a spider to catch the fly”.

she must not be a spongebob fan. if she was then she would’ve known that butterflies are monsters 🙂

all kidding aside, that is horrible. chaos theory as stuff. a butterfly flaps its wings on the other side of the earth and kills a 9 year old girl.

death sucks.
