Was it my imagination, or didn’t CBS promise that tonight would be the first of six new episodes? And if it wasn’t my imagination, did I just have the greatest case of deja vu in history?

I thought I heard something about that also, then I figured I must have seen a promo for House starting back up (which is also on on Mondays).

Actually, now that I think about it, the last two weeks had new episodes.  
Two weeks ago they had Marshall and his brothers visiting his dad’s grave and last week was Marshall and Lily moving into their new house but Lily’s dad wouldn’t move out.

Nope, the tailgate one was three weeks ago. The last new episodes have been

Nov 21  
Dec 5  
Jan 2  
Jan 16  
then the next is Jan 30

S’pose I mis-remembered the time line there. But the Dec 5-Jan 2 gap would be the hiatus that just about every show was on for the last 6-8 weeks. Some of them seem to have a harder time coming out of it then others. They might just be spacing out the episodes so that everything ends at the same time.
