# How important is happiness?

if you were never unhappy you wouldn’t know what happiness was.

All that is transitory is ultimately unreal and is the cause of sorrow if identified with. That would include any thoughts, emotions, feelings, as well as situations circumstances, people, objects etc. The one thing that few ever pay attention to is THAT which witnesses all theses things/events/etc. come and go(and they **all** come and go)  
THAT is the only thing in anyone’s life that has remained constant.

THAT is never unhappy.🙂
