# How in the HELL do yout put a lein on the wrong person's house!?

Lawyer might chime in, but I think if it actually caused me any harm financially or something, I might have some recourse. In this case, all it caused is my wife to stress about it until it was lifted.

Thankfully we didn’t use such terms then 🙂  
And it actually was a guy with the same name as me. The bank got pretty upset when they realized what they had done.
