Lawyer might chime in, but I think if it actually caused me any harm financially or something, I might have some recourse. In this case, all it caused is my wife to stress about it until it was lifted.
Thankfully we didn’t use such terms then 
And it actually was a guy with the same name as me. The bank got pretty upset when they realized what they had done.
