His bachelor was last night, and I actually expected him home at some point. However, I am up this morning and he is not here (and neither is the young German friend of the family that went with him yesterday). It’s 8:30 am. How long do I wait until I can call or text and not seem like a nag? Is that even possible? ---

Maybe noonish. Seems like the boys likely crashed at a hotel or someone’s house after a late night. If he didn’t tell you he was doing something else today, I would bug him around noon. And don’t say “where the f are you” but more like “hey babe still alive haha” type of thing. ---

Buddies tend to like to get the bachelor rip roaring drunk. I think even noon is a bit early. Be nice to him, speak quietly, and buy a big jug of Pedialyte and tell him to chug it and take a nap. ---

I did buy some gatorade and fruit for him and have the bedroom nice and cool, so he should be in shape to work tomorrow morning, hopefully! ---

I just heard from him - he’s just eating breakfast at someone’s house and will be home in an hour or so. He sounded horrid! Ha ha! He said he may have broken his foot and he’s lost his phone somewhere. ---

We saw The Hangover about a week ago! The circumstances surrounding the best man would not be good and he’d deserve what he got. Last anyone heard from him he texted that he was going through a check stop - he’d been drinking (he drinks and drives often). Personally, I hope he got busted and went to jail. Maybe it will teach him a lesson. ---

Do I recall correctly that you’re in Calgary, **EmAnJ**? If so, anyone who drives while drinking during Stampede is truly a fool. And yeah, this is why stags must be held at least a week before the wedding. 😃 ---

Does he still have his underwear? A friend made a big point after his blowout bachelor party of searching through the house until he found his underwear. He then stuffed them in his back pocket and went home. He made it very clear that it didn’t matter whether he had kept his underwear on, only that he had them. Apparently, he and his fiance had a fight years before when he came home one night without them. Amazingly, the wedding went off without a hitch and they have been happily married for over a decade now. True love conquers all, I guess.
