I’ve been led to understand this does work for snails (or, at least with other herbs, if not garlic).

I don’t know, but cow’s milk from a cow that has eaten field garlic tastes like garlic.

TMI:

On a similar subject, when I was at uni, my housemate had thrush, and had heard of the new-agey type cure of using garlic to get rid of it. So she put a peeled clove into her vagina. Later that evening she had sex with her boyfriend and forgot about the garlic. The next day she panicked and went to the doctor, who examined her internally and could find nothing. For three days afterwards her breath and body smelled intensely of garlic.

You HAVE to tell us what happened: where did the culprit go? 😕

Mashed into her cervix until it dissolved, I would imagine!

Apols for the zombie, only just saw this question!
