It took about a week after 2004 for me to come to terms with the Bush re-election and a Romney win is not nearly as difficult to get my mind around as a ssecond term of Bush was. Frankly, I wouldn’t have much of a problem with Romney winning if the Tea Party hadn’t taken over the Republican party. ---

#3. That wouldn’t mean I accepted he won legitimately though. There is already plenty of evidence that voter fraud can affect the results. Voting machines can be manipulated or simply fail, and the number of machines can be manipulated to result in long waits selectively. Voters can be intimidated, mail in votes and registration can be altered or thrown out. It would be great if we tried to deal with this stuff before an election, so we could do it without assigning any blame, purely to improve the integrity of the electoral process. Afterward politics make it impossible to deal with. ---
