For national capitals, just Washington, DC, I’m afraid. For state capitals, in alphabetical order by state, Sacramento Denver Dover? Atlanta Frankfort? Boston Albany Columbus Harrisburg Providence Nashville? Salt Lake City Charleston? For provincial capitals, Toronto and Quebec City. For county capitals (in the British Isles sense of county), Cork, Limerick, Knock, and Galloway. There might have been a couple of others, but I think we mostly skirted around them. So in total, one national capital, between 9 and 13 subnational capitals in the US, and 6 subnational capitals in other countries. ---
