# How many Central Pennsylvanians do we have on this board?

Just wondering how many Dopers live in Central PA. Pittsburghers and Philadelphians need not apply.
I can count myself, **Airman Doors, USAF** and **Bomb Bay Doors**.

Born, State College PA. Graduated Montgomery Area HS (We want the shoe!), then attended Bucknell and Penn State. I’ve been living away from central PA for some years now, but I’ve still got lots of friends and family there.
**AntaresJB** is from Muncy (boo! 😃 ), and **Casey1505** is from Scranton, which should count. **jayjay** is also from somewhere in central PA. I think we’re getting close to critical mass for a DopeFest there.

**jayjay** is indeed from (and in, for reasonably large definitions of “central”) Central PA, Altoona to be exact. Now I’m living in Lancaster with **supervenusfreak** , so there’s another one.
I don’t consider Lancaster to be Philly West, so I think I’m still a member of the club. 😃

I’m a south central PA doper-about halfway between York and Gettysburg.
IIRC, **if6was9** had an addy listed as Waynesboro, which is Franklin County, just a tad west of me.

I can also speak for **Zappo** , who doesn’t post much anymore.

I am usually just lurking in a dark doorway around here but I thought I would chime in here…
I am from Bellefonte, hell ya can’t get much more Central the good ol’ Center County. Sadly I no longer live in the area (now in Northern Indiana) but a good 95% of my family is in the Bellefonte, State Collage and Altoona areas so I get home often.

Well, Scranton’s considered northeast, but we’re allowed to leave once in a while. I lived in Stroudsburg for a year, and I dated a girl who went to Shippensburg. My wife is a PSU alum (class of 93?).
