How many Christmas/Holiday cards have or will you send out this year?

Zero.

Same here, except I’m not as much as scrooge as I am TOO FREAKING BUSY AT WORK to even bother.

Jesus holy hell! If I were single, it’d be zero. As it stands, maybe four. MAYBE.

Joe

Zero. I’ve opted out.

About 35.

20 or so this year. I’m exhausted and don’t feel like sending one to every single person in my address book just for the heck of it. I stuck to immediate family, a couple of friends… mostly only the people who I know would be disappointed not to get a card from me.

Our list is down to about 12. You get a 2 year grace period of not reciprocating, before you get edited off the list.

About forty I think. Mostly Christmas cards and a few ‘other’ in there to round it out.

I don’t like kids or dogs too much…but I love those cards with your kids or your dogs on them. Why? I don’t know why, to be honest. But I am all sad when I don’t get them. I think they are the best thing ever. If my gecko would tolerate a Santa hat and if I could find a small enough one I’d totally do the same.

I put 17 cards in the mail this week, and I will hand-deliver one on Monday evening. I have a few extras in case I get unexpected cards, but I’m not planning to send out any more this year. I think this is the smallest number of cards I’ve ever sent out.

None.

None - haven’t sent any out in years. I used to get all the relatives and include a note, but I got tired of it, so I just quit. I think this year, we’ve received 4, so apparently our relatives feel the same way, or they’ve taken us off their lists since we don’t send.

Sent 0, and so far, received 0.

Same as the OP - between 150 and 200. We’ll receive about that many, if the USPS forwards our mail the way it’s supposed to.

none. haven’t for years.

That’s almost exactly our number. Friends and family.

About 50 to Germany (at 95 cents per stamp!) and about 40 in the US.
So just under 100.

We used to send about 200, so this is progress.

We sent the cards to Germany a tad late this year, and now with the huge storms and closed airports, I have the feeling those cards will arrive about February 10th.

Ammending my answer to zero. I’m ashamed of myself but the time just got away from me. Cookies are way behind schedule, too.

Phooey

Stopped doing them in 1988, IIRC. We don’t display the few incoming that still show up, either.

But, speaking as a postal worker, I’d like to express my thanks to people such as the OP, who top out at over one hundred!
