It depends on what you mean by cities. Actual cities, incorporated and all that? One, Boston, MA. Near a city? Cedar Rapids, IA and Rochester, NY. ---

Cape Town, South Africa Pompano Beach, FL Sandy Springs, GA Atlanta, GA Sacramento, CA Berkeley, CA So 6, although Sandy Springs versus Atlanta is a bit suspect. Technically it is an incorporated city, but I think it was incorporating around the time I lived in it. Still, I would have told anyone who asked that I lived in Atlanta. ---

Hmm… depending on how you define ‘permanent address’, probably only 1. I spent most of my university years in Toronto, including residing there for weeks at a stretch, but if you asked me for my permanent address at that time, I’d have given my Mom’s house in Hamilton. ---
