3 eggs, over easy. I’m not sure if a half-slice of toast counts as a side; I can skip it if its too much trouble. But… I’d want REAL butter, fresh that day from the farm it was churned at, in that skillet. Yes, it makes a difference. ---

2 eggs, scrambled please. 3 rashers of bacon, not over done. 2 slices of wheat toast w/butter or margarine. Hash browns or home fries, whichever is easier. Oh, and a bottomless cup of coffee and a glass of OJ, pulp-free. A little ice in the OJ would be cool, though. ---

As **Typo Negative** notes, since you won’t do poached eggs, I can’t ask for Eggs Benedict. ☹ Hmmm… can I have my (2) eggs (yolks) as part of a Bearnaise sauce for a mixed grill? No?
