Including made for tv movies. You have the two trilogies. Plus the holiday special plus two ewok ones. making the total 9. Am i missing any? ---

The Clone Wars animated series is being recut into a feature-length movie (or maybe two, not sure). But depending on what you mean “official,” you could eliminate the holiday special, in that, although it is considered mostly canonical, it should be eliminated from all existence. ---

I don’t know what the heck you people are talking about. There are 3 official Star Wars movies. And it’s a good thing there haven’t been any updated re-releases of them, too, cuz that would just inevitably make them worse. ---

[/QUOTE] There were two made for TV Ewok movies as well. So that brings the total up to 9 (and 11 if the animated shorts are reworked into two movies as suggested up thread). ---

The Holiday Special is a Holiday Special, so while it may be long (or perhaps, too too long), it is not a movie. So that leaves 8 that have been released and [1 officially announced](http://www.starwars.com/theclonewars/news/announcement.html) for later this year. ---

Do the ewok movies count? I mean, do discworld fans consider the kids’ books part of the series, or seperate series? I think both the ewoks and the Tiffany Aching books, as well as the Maximum Ride books as being their own series, not part of the ones for adults. ---
