# How many one post wonders?

And apparently I was so impressed with your method that I inadvertantly inserted an extra “t” in your name. The extra t is for…terrific! Yeah, that’s it.

Shouldn’t all the unused names just sort of expire?  
I think they have on other sites I’ve been to, where you come back after a few months and have to sign up again.

Well, we’ve never done that here, at least not on a large scale. There are, of course, a few banned names, and there’s a few special cases that we unregistered, but the software doesn’t automatically unregister folks, and we usually don’t see a need.
