I never do it on the first pee of the day since it’s usually yellower and smellier than the rest of the day. But after that, it’s all good. I actually like the feeling of the warm pee on my toes when taking shower. Every once in a while when I shower with my girlfriend, I let her experience it too! She was a bit shocked the first time but now she’s used to it. ---

A)Never. B)I don’t get the ‘it goes to the same place’ argument. I’m not concerned about where it’s going to end up, I’m concerned about where it’s starting. It’s only a problem when the pipes get clogged and the water starts to back up into the shower stall. You don’t really want to be standing in a lake of pee. ---

Peeing in the shower is automatic, I don’t even think about it. I don’t see how people can spend their lives worrying about this stuff. ---

I don’t pee in the shower, but I assume when you do it, you’re peeing like you would if you were standing over the toilet, not just letting it spray all over the place while you shampoo your hair or wash your face…right? That means you’re extending your shower by the time it takes to pee. If you were standing over the toilet you wouldn’t have warm water running the entire time. I don’t really want to get into the minutia of this, how much water is one flush vs how much water is comes out of the shower head while you’re peeing? How much energy does it take to heat that water (the water used to the flush the toilet is cold). IOW, I don’t agree that saving water/money is a good reason to pee in the shower. ---
