# How much difference do you think the ACA ruling made?

Did the Supreme Court decide the Presidency… again? Or would things still have fallen Obama’s way even with a partial/entire scrapping of the law? It certainly wouldn’t have made things any easier, but would it have overcome the fundamentals and organization that allowed Obama to win?
