# How much does a national musical act charge?

Apologies if this has been covered before; I simply don’t know where to look.

I’m sure that the fee in question is kept _reasonably_ secret by most, if not all groups, but I’m curious as to a ‘ballpark figure’, if you will, of the median price I would have to pay if, say, I wanted to have a current Top 40 act play in my hypothetical venue.
