I just went #2 and lost 2 pounds. I did not urinate. I do not know if this average or not. It did not seem like a huge bowel movement, but a pretty big one. So how does your feces weigh? ---

I thought Cecil did a column on this? From what I remember, supposedly even just half a pound will have you screaming in pain. Sadly, I have no cite. I guess I should go and look it up in my SD books. ---

When I wrestled in high school, I could usually count on an extra pound to drop if I hadn’t crapped yet. I pooped twice this morning. Gotta quit with the spicy foods. Remember, though, that a 2 pound drop on the scale may be as little as 1.5 lbs or as big ass 2.49 lbs. ---
