If you asked nicely, I’m sure the good people at Wrigley would give you some kind of volume discount: Life Savers - Wikipedia
Mind if I clean your couch? I’ll do it for free and everthing!
Back to the question at hand. How well to licked lifesavers stick? I think ant boots are the least of our worries.
But, if we’re worried about ant life span, I did just read about fitting stilts to ants to increase their speed.
You’ll have to give the first ant incentive to make the trip. The second ant will follow the scent-trail.
Until you clear the first hurdle, no sense in doing a bunch of math.
Wouldn’t you be closer to losing the sofa down the back of this amount of money?
looks for jjimm’s old sofas on Craigslist
Technically the $150,000,000 jjimm lost down the back of a sofa was a check from Publisher’s Clearing House.

Here’s my take on it
Google price check has a bag of 20 rolls for $16.58. As an aside, doesn’t that sound pricy? OK. So if each roll is 3 inches long you can get four rolls to the foot. That’s 5 feet of life savers per bag. 5,280 feet per mile or 1,056 bags. Let’s call that $17,000 per mile. 250,000 miles to the moon. That’s…um…250+175…
$4,250,000,000. 4.25 BILLION dollars!
