It’s an extension of Murphy’s law, as extended to misspelling things. It makes perfect sense for it to be a misspelling of that law.

As embarrassing as it it for me to confess this, I misspelled the intentional misspelling, which is what **LSLGuy** was slyly pointing out.:o This has the makings of a running gag. Or not.[/digression]
