# How much is too much beer?

André the Giant was once unofficially crowned “The Greatest Drunk on Earth” for consuming 119 12-US-fluid-ounce beers in 6 hours. He once drank 156 16-US-fluid-ounce beers in one sitting. His large size meant it took higher amounts of alcohol to inebriate him.

Depends on what you’re drinking, too. Downing a six-pack of hard cider is a bit removed from a six-pack of Kentucky Bourbon Ale or Smithwick’s.

OTOH, if you’re pounding down six a day of \*\*anything \*\* alcoholic, that’s worrisome. :eek:

I think lot people drink beer every week but I think if one does it 2 or 3 times in week it is kinda pushing it and any more than this is well bad for liver .I think people that do it every day or every two days is bad for the liver.

And getting drunk 3 or 4 times a week or more is also bad for the liver.  
Drinking is worse than smoking pot .Too much drinking is bad for the liver.
