Would love to. It is the perfect party place. But I haven’t been back to Denver in more than a year. ☹☹ However, the lease is up next June and my business may have totally tanked by then, so who knows… ---

750 square foot, 1 bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a not so nice part of town, 545 a month. I am hoping that when my lease is up, I’ll have my friend james move in with me, to a beautiful 3 bedroom place we saw a few months ago in a better part of town. Rent will be 1100, but split down the middle not much different from what I am paying now. ---

393.37 a month mortgage on a 960 square foot, 1 bedroom condo with an ocean view in Santa Monica, CA. To see the ocean, all I have to do is walk to the corner and look to my right. [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/how-much-is-your-morgage-rent/30324.md?page=3)
