Brother’s house (now deceased and we just closed on his house) on the south side (Beverly) was about $400 semi-annually. His was non-metered also. He didn’t water his lawn, did laundry infrequently. I think the amount he paid was a total rip-off.
My water usage is combined with the power. we are on an equal payment plan of $180.00 that is adjusted every October. This month our water usage was only $22.93 for our split-entry home in the Salt Lake City, Wasatch area.
Yep. I’m in a high rise condo at the lakefront in Edgewater and my water bill is $0. It’s part of the assessments but since that includes all sorts of things including electric, water, sewer, cable, general maintenance, lawn care, trash removal, etc., it is almost impossible to know how much my water bill would be.
