Ok, I just went into the washroom at work, I was stopping in to make a deposit before I hit the vending machine. So I was also checking my pockets for loose change. Well I took two steps into the washroom and promptly dropped a loony ($1 for all you Yanks) and then kicked it under the door of a stall! (D’oh!) Ok so, I was like, I really want that dollar, it is my key to caffinated bliss (Pepsi!). So I went into the stall and retrieved it. Luckily it wasn’t wallowing in someone else urine, puddled in the corner (we got some pretty sick people here at work! _cough_ **Maximum Override** _cough_) ANYways… that got me thinking. What if it HAD been in a puddle of urine, or if I had dropped it into the toilet right after my deposit!! (Egads!) How much money would I have to drop before I went in after it? A dollar, particularly a coin… I don’t see my self, fishing around the bowl for a buck… but how much would it take? $5? $10? $50? (Well let’s hope I would go after $50, I can’t afford not too!) Anyway, how much would you have to lose to wade through the worst of conditions to retrieve it? (Doesn’t have to be the toilet, there are some other pretty nasty places out there! **Maximum Overrides** house comes to mind… 😃 ---

how to find the TRUE answer: put extra strength RIT dye (blue) in toilet bowl. Hang “freshner” looking thing to make it look like its what is making the water blue. put a dollar coin in the bowl. perhaps glue it down. (cause I am evil like that). then, serve dinner: corn on the cob…hot dogs (food you must eat with your hands) just to see… ---

No doubt in my mind I would do it for a dollar, probably less. I also routinely dig through the dumpsters behind the mall I work at to see what others stores throw away, found some pretty good stuff. Also, when the college lets out its like christmas, make several hundred dollars off the stuff the students throw away. No Jeff Foxworthy jokes please. Thank you.
