My main issue is that, if being a First Lady allowed her as complete access and influence as she alleges with her Experience Meme, then there’s no reason to believe that they won’t envision First Hubby Bill’s role to be similar if she wins–essentially making them co-presidents (but, since he himself won’t be elected, no formal system to keep him in reign or accountable for anything). Even though I may mostly agree with them from a policy standpoint, I don’t like or approve of this concept on principle alone.
