# How Much Wood, indeed?

I just wanted to tell readers (I’m sure Cecil already knows!) that his answer to how much wood a woodchuck would chuck (if a woodchuck could chuck wood) is historically corroborated: Walt Kelly, in one of the Pogo strips, gave precisely the same answer many years earlier.
