That seemed kind of odd to me too, especially since you followed up with the stinky foot thread.
I wouldn’t want Uncle Beer to hear me say this, but I think the whole Compact Dick Milk-toast fiasco, put him in a downright surly mood today. I wouldn’t fuck with him if I were you.
I’m already getting that kiss-of-death-paranoid-I-think-I-already-said-too-much feeling myself.

If you’re looking for a relative evaluation?
well. I don’t speak for Uncle Beer (he seems to do quite well enough on his own), but from an observer’s point of view:
Seems that today there was a proliferation of rapid fire thread openings from persons with a recent date of registration (I’m not assuming they’re “new”).
Thread openings, to me, is a different (are different?, yea, are different) than responding to threads already there. They are calls to attention etc. LOOKATMEEEEEEEE!
And, even if it IS MPSIP, it doesn’t say “Mindless, Pointless, Neverending, In your Face, I wanna see nothing but my name as post opener, Shit I must post”
and since there have been a couple of threads of recent times scolding other folks for “opening” a bunch (like 4 or 5 within an hour) of threads, that seems to be more of the issue. Or it would be for me.
And, by the way, I DON’T want to smell your feet, thanks anyway! (said in the NICEST way possible) 😃

I’ll weigh in officially so there’s no misunderstanding, Whammo. While your stinky, malodorous, fetid, rancid, reeking, mephitic tootsies may push the limit of acceptable mundanity, I never considered closing your thread (even though it’s the second on that topic in as many weeks). It was the _combination_ of sk8tirxirxirxixirx’s (or howeverthehell it’s spelled) threads that compelled me to close them. Two quickly posted threads, with ostensibly opposing topics, is just a tad overboard. I don’t just can’t find the humor in behavior such as that. Also, for the record, if sk8tir8xi8rx8ir8xi8xi8rxxxxx (or howeverthehell it’s spelled again) had posted only one of them, I would have left it alone. Sighed, shaken my head and wondered, “What the fuck?” but still left it alone.
Now go wash your feet.
Oh yeah, on this morning’s hootenanny over in GQ and the Pit, while that kind of shit can be irritating, it rarely puts me in a bad mood for more than a couple minutes; it’s just not worth getting angry or upset about the antics of an immature child. I’m one of the most even tempered people I know; it’s been years since I’ve I’ve gotten truly mad about anything. Now you know my secret, it’s all an act. Alphagene, on the other hand, is truly rabid.

Whammo, your post seemed to me as pretty normal (and I did respond seriously) while the other two did seem to me pretty stupid. It also seems Unclebeer was very close to exceeding his maximum quota of bullshit for the current period. One thing that gets me is when people start threads about the same topic within hours of each other. Don’t people have a look around first?

Yeah, see, you’re getting responses at least. I posted (the first time I’ve ever posted, btw) on what I thought was a very relevant topic today.
It is now in Davy Jones’s Locker. I mean it sank without a trace. Oh well, that’s the way of it, I guess. I’ll just have to try a little harder to be thought-provoking.
