Good grief, have you people never heard of fuck buddies? Sure, the ā€œeveryone hasā€ bit was a stretch, but itā€™s hardly an uncommon arrangment. To answer the OPā€“maybe a few times a year. Hooking up that way is always a craps shoot though, for every few guys willing to have a bit of fun and leave it at that thereā€™s bound to be at least one whoā€™s going to want to call you daily and follow you around for a month or two. ---

Donā€™t forget you need to multiply the gap for most of the guys by a factor of 3 (ie 2-3 weeks without sex is really 6-9). I also have to think that pulling down a one night stand with a complete stranger is a relatively rare occurance for most people. Usually it requires that you be in that environment - a bar, nightclub, party - where people are looking to score immediately. For the most part, Iā€™ve never heard of too many people meeting in a Barnes & Nobel and going back to his place for a quick one. Basically, guys who get laid like every weekend probably have a lot of repeat business with the same girl/girls. Iā€™m a little jaded though. My college experience basically consisted of going to a school that was a complete sausage-fest. About 5:4 guys to girl ratio (which means about a 6:1 or higher practical ratio), 35:8 sorrority to fraternity ratio. So basically, every night is dudeā€™s night out. ---

Actually if you want to get laid more, get a summer beach house with some friends. Cape Cod, Newport,IR, Jersey Shore, Fire Island,NY. Itā€™s basically a hookup environment for adults. You take the weekend off from your real life and just go to bars and clubs trying to get some. Lots of fun. ---

I donā€™t do random sex. I require a full STI test and complete list of past partners before I will do anything beyond kissing, so Iā€™ve never had casual sex and donā€™t plan on doing it. I also have very selective tastes in sexual partners which makes finding one a huge pain in the ass. Thankfully, an ex of mine and I have retained the sexual part of our relationship so I make booty calls occasionally (about once a week) and masturbate like a motherfuck the rest of the time. ---

I get why youā€™d want the STD check, but why the complete list of partners? If my guy had asked me to get tested, I would have agreed with no problem. But if he wanted a list, Iā€™d have to say that was none of his damn business.
