I was just wondering becuase me and my wife had this disscusion tonight thanks to [THIS](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=101937) thread. It varies. Some times, I’ll do myself several times a day, then I’ll go through a stretch of not at all. It probably averages out to once a day, but I’ve never really counted. ---

Sometimes once a week, sometimes once a month. It just depends. If my SO stays up late to watch a movie or something and I’m in bed alone and horny I’ll take care of myself but that doesn’t happen very often. We usually go to bed at the same time and take care of each other. ---

It varies a lot. Sometimes every day, sometimes not for a week or two. If I’m gettin’ some on any regular basis, my solo activities scale back, although if you count masturbating when he’s there as part of the fun, it might end up being about the same. If I perfect the orgasm-from-Kegels-alone form of masturbation, I’m thinking it will go up a LOT, since I already do Kegels in boring meetings at work to keep myself from falling asleep. This would also mean I’d need to perfect the silent orgasm, though, and frankly, I’m pretty skeptical of that happening. It would do a lot towards increasing job satisfaction, though. ---
