My father was 38, my mother 30. I’m the youngest of three kids. So I guess for my brother it would have been 35-27, and for my sister, 32-24. ---

Mom was 42, Dad was 46. I’m the youngest of 11 and my oldest brother is 24 years older than me. ---

My mother had been 37 for a week when I was born, and my dad had just turned 36. They got married late and then waited a long time to start a family. I am 26 months older than my brother. ---

My parents were 41 and 43-almost-44 when I came along, the “Yer WHUT??” baby. They had a name all picked out for me, David Murray, because with a 7.5 year old sister, of course this last one was going to be The Son. Nope. an seanchai ---

Daddy was 28 and Mama about to turn 33 (three days after my birth) on Pearl Harbor Day. My oldest son was born when I was 22 and my youngest when I was 27. My daughter’s first daughter was born when she was 21 and her youngest child (son) when she was 24. Mama was still alive (Daddy not) when their youngest great-grandchild (from my older son) was born when Mama was 90. Mama died after turning 91. My younger son is childless. I hope that helps with your numbers. ---

My mom was 20.5 years old. My dad was 27 years and _1 day_ old. He was cheered about me missing his birthday by less than a day when he realized we were both born on Easter instead of on the same day. When my brother was born they were 26 and 33. ---

Mom was about 22 when I was born, and dad was about 23. They are 11 months apart in age. My brother was about 27 when his daughter was born, I think my sister-in-law was about 30. ---

My mom had me 10 days short of her 23rd birthday. My dad was six months older than her. I was the first child. They were married when both were 18. ---

My father was ~27, my mother ~25 and I was the only child ( though I later gained step-siblings ). Born in 1968. ---

My mother was 29, my father 40. These would be quite unexceptional ages these days, but back then she was an ‘elderly primagravida’ even at 29. My Dad already had several children from previous marriages. ---

Mother had turned 26 the month I was born, father was 28. I am the oldest, my sisters were born when mom was 31 and 33. This was in the mid-80s to early 90s. ---

You wanna go back in time? My maternal grandparents were born in 1868 (him) and 1874 (her). Mom was born in 1908. On the paternal side, dunno. I do know that he was ~20 years older than she; they produced 5 kids between 1903 and 1915. Dad was born in 1905. My daughter was born in '71 and my son in '73. Daughter’s daughter #1 in 1995 and daughter #2 in 1997. (Son and his wife haven’t figured out what makes babies, as far as I can tell). Son-in-law born 1967 and daughter-in-law born 1977. an seanchai ---

My parents got married at 19, and had me, the oldest, at 26. Yes, they are both the same age–off by only a month. ---

Mom was 19 and dad was 21 when I was born. Mom was the 3rd of 7 kids, I don’t know how old her parents were when she was born. Dads mother was 18 when he was born and not quite 40 when I made her a grandmother. My own mother was quite competitive and was a little unhappy that my son was not born until she was almost 41. I on the other hand am quite happy to be turning 43 this year with no signs of grandchildren on the horizon. ---

Mom was 31; Dad was 37, but turned 38 one week after I was born. I was born in 1957, the youngest of three. My oldest sister is 11 years my senior. ---

Mom 27, dad 28. For my brother, mom 25, dad 26. Another data point is that my grandpa was 24 when my oldest aunt was born, and 26 when my dad was born. Unfortunately I don’t know my grandma’s age, nor the age of dad’s other two siblings.
