22/ 62 My wife says I act like an old man. I carry around fingernail clippers and tissues in my pockets. I wear an overcoat. I groan whenver I have to stand up. What’s wrong with that? ---

However, it isn’t old age but more commonly referred to as “anal retention”. Lighten up a bit and everything will be 🆒 ---

28/50-60 A couple years ago a friend labeled me as “born 50”. I acted 16 for about 2 months when I was 16, and that’s about it. Nowadays even the real 50 year-olds I work with act younger (aka: occasionally sillier) than me. It’s good and bad… good in that without even trying I never seem to embarass myself or do foolishly immature things, never come close to causing car crashes or throw the emotional fits usually associated with hormone-flooded young studs, people listen to me and take my ideas seriously, and I never try to keep up with the Joneses = pretty stress-free life. Bad in that the only people that relate to me are old farts. Try as I might I just can’t fit in with anyone my age. So I’ll probably be alone for the most part until I really am that age and more people my age start sharing the same mindset. Also a little awkward in that I know I don’t have the experience that everyone who acts like me has; it’s a little strange to have someone 20 years older than you seriously ask advice on something I seem like I would know (from my behavior) but really have little to no experience at. Meh, when I’m 80 I’ll probably still act 50 - then I can bag a whole mess of young… ish 50-year-old chicks… er, old hens ☹😃 ---
