How quickly could you lose 150 pounds

I lost about 60 lbs in 6 months so I think I could sustain that for 15 months, perhaps a bit faster. The exercise would be a problem since that was a big component of my weight loss. But the first 30 lbs came off quite quickly, so with so much extra perhaps the first 60 would come of quickly.

How much does a head weigh? If it’s in the vicinity of 5-8 pounds, beheading me would be a quick way for me to lose 150 pounds, assuming “I” counted as the head, not the rest of the body.

Apropos of nothing, I just got your user name!

:confused::confused::confused:It’s just my surname backwards.

If they ate healthily, but too much, yes. That was my problem.

I concur…

I did 100lbs in less than 6 months.

If I lost 150lbs, I’d be… 10lbs.

Somehow I don’t think I can lose 150lbs given any amount of time.

But for the purposes of the OP you wake up tomorrow weighing 310. Now how long for you to lose the 150?

A limb no, but given that I’ve spent over a week on water and not lost a kilo (out of over 4 weeks with gastrenteritis), I don’t know whether I’d be able to lose anything without lipo. I can lose sizes by watching my food and exercising, but the weight stays.

Since surgery is not acceptable, I’d go for the lipo and find out whether there’s a way to sue this sonabitch for 100K, his pants, his left nut, right kidney and half the liver…

Couple of pounds a week, realistically. So 18 months or so.

I lost 135 in 5 months by going from whatever the hell I wanted when I wanted to 2000 calories, 185 carbs a day. That was rarely exercising at all. So 150 would be easy in less time if I started any kind of exercising and cut my calories and carbs back even more. 1200/130 to stay on the healthy side, 900/99 if I wasn’t worried about healthy.

:confused:

What does becoming dehydrated have to do with fat loss?

Yeah, losing water weight will only help you with the final 10lb.
