No, no, that _way_ to close to sounding like “semen”. No parent would name their child that. No, it’s obviously some sort of Shakesperean poetic contraction leaving out a letter or two to keep the flow of the verse. Clemon? Crumon? Camen?

[seriously dry] I believe the intention of the OP was to refer to the changing moral climate in which it is acceptible to not only engage in premarital sexual intercourse, but to look forward to getting married because of a pregnancy.[/seriously dry]

And I think it’s obvious by the hard consonant (K- mon) that the child’s name is short for Kamalnayan.
