I’ve only met a couple of Kiwis in my travels, and they seemed pretty normal. I’ve met quite a few more Aussies, though, and it’s hard to get an objective opinion from them\* I always figured that the show was some sort of gross caricature, but now I see [this video](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2EDtxEumFI&NR=1) and have to wonder if people ike this are common in New Zealand. \*Best Kiwi joke ever: An Aussie is hiking on a trail when he sees a glint of light in the distance. He brings a hand over his eyes to block the sun, squnits, and thinks can he make out the outline of a person. He walks closer, and see it’s a Kiwi having sex with a sheep. Aussie looks at him and yells, “hey, where I come from we _sheer_ those!” Kiwi takes hold of the sheep’s hindquarters, pauses, looks at the Aussie, and says, “get your own, I’m not sheering.” ---
