My dear boy, **Auto** , never, ever be number two. Tell Little Miss Sitting On a Fence Who Wants A New Thing, But Doesn’t Have The Honesty To Break Up With The Boyfriend She’ll Never Really Get Along With, But She’s Co-dependent With, to call you if she ever does break up with the guy. Even if you don’t respect yourself that much, at least pretend you do. ---

Dang, I wish I was as smart as **Tokyo Player**. That’s some excellent advice right there. ETA: Because if you don’t heed **Tokyo Player** , you’ll find yourself disposed of by Girl 2 because you won’t ever be more than a ‘spare’ boyfriend. If she won’t commit to you, then you shouldn’t waste any more of your time waiting on her. ---

What kind of Disney songs? A peppy one like Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah or a mellow one like When You Wish Upon A Star? It’s the Bear Neccessities, of Mother Nature’s Recipes, Forget about your worries and your strife! (I was thinking of King Louie’s song but then I realized that “Now I’m the King of the Swingers, boy…” might not be appropriate.) ---

I think you were basically using your “feelings” for New Girl to justify (to yourself) breaking up with Old Girl. Because you felt guilty about breaking up with Old Girl. But it was clearly the right thing to do, so I’m glad you did what you needed to do to get out of it. But that doesn’t mean that you have to follow through with New Girl! She sounds like she’s very manipulative or very confused. Or both. Why would she confess “big feelings” for you and spend 40+ hours on the phone with you at the same time she was trying to patch things up with her boyfriend?\* Something is very wrong here. She sounds like an attention whore. - I’m assuming that she’s not in some kind of open relationship with the boyfriend or something. ---
