I don’t know how to remove it, but I’ve always been told that if it’s a stingy insect, you should drown it in your ear.

My aunt once had a small beetle fly in her ear. She went _nuts_. Screaming running around and completely incoherent. Her husband couldn’t get her to calm down enough to tell him what was wrong, and he ended up calling 911. He was sure she was having some kind of psychotic breakdown.
