And that probably means you are SOL.
From what I’ve heard, collecting small claims can be very difficult. You might be stuck with just damaging the defendant’s credit rating. Since CBS could buy and sell you without blinking, I think you’re stuck. They don’t care about your attack on their rating.
At least I want to complain to a different department. Who knows, I might even get yet another reply telling me to go **** myself.
