From the look of the aerial view, that might make you my third neighbor over. There’s a whole lot of empty space out there. Although I was actually surprised to see that the nearest house (with a hint of green to show that someone has been watering the yard) was less than five miles away. ---

Use the Assessor’s Roll to find the owner of the “next door” property, and contact him/her for development info.
