# How to do the "soul handshake"?

How do you do the “soul handshake,” the one that African-American males do when they greet each other?

Yo dude,

I got back from america and asked a black man this exact question.

Just as you would expect it works like this.

Normal shake  
Then Thumb 2 Thumb shake  
Then Fingers locked in an open punch  
Then pull away hard so it pop’s

Of course … i don’t know if he was “soul”
