I don’t know if it’s the same one, but one I heard had a guy calling support because his laptop came back with a new hard drive, and his work (a novel maybe) was on the old one they had to replace. He also started calm, but quickly lost it as he described something like two years work gone. ---

There’s a definition further down the thread. Unless you also call people “cads”, “caitiffs” and “blackguards”, though, I wouldn’t recommend adding it to the vocabulary. The guy really is a tool, isn’t he? Would you go on a cycling holiday with him? :eek: ---
